Guangzhou CNB Logistics Co., Ltd. was established in 1995, registered in Guangzhou City,Guangdong Provice  ,P.R.C located in Wanbao Industry Base, Zhongcun Town, Panyu District, Guangzhou. The company was changed as private limited company by a state-owned company in 1998. The company now has registered capital 10 million yuan, total assets over 50 million yuan, turn over 70 million yuan, and passed the ISO9001: 2000 quality management system certification in 2005.

   After ten years’ development, the company now has staff over 200 persons, more than 70 transportation vehicles, and uses GPS/GIS/GPRS system, intelligent mobile phone/MIS system, and video vehicle real-time monitoring system to monitor and regulate the transportation vehicles and conduct onsite operating management; and has built large warehouses nearly ten thousand square meters in Panyu Guangzhou.
